NEW YORK, Feb. 20, 2023 — TerraNova Capital Equities, Inc. (TerraNova) announces its engagement as the exclusive placement agent to CalEthos, Inc. (CalEthos) for the financing of their planned $5.2 Billion development of a 100% clean energy powered data center campus in Imperial County, CA.  CalEthos recently completed the first phase of planning and development of its planned 300MW site in Lithium Valley which will serve the growing needs of the AI, Cloud and HPC digital world.  The data center will be powered by local geothermal and solar renewable energy.
