TerraNova Capital Equities, Inc. served as the Exclusive Advisor and Sole Placement Agent for the sale of a majority interest in Composite Advanced Technologies, Inc (CATEC), a leading provider of compressed natural gas (“CNG”), renewable natural gas (“RNG”) and hydrogen transportation and storage solutions in the United States. 

Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) announced its acquisition of a majority stake in Composite Advanced Technologies (CATEC), a leading provider of clean energy transportation and storage solutions. This move will empower CATEC to expand its footprint and support the global shift towards more sustainable energy sources.

CATEC specializes in compressed natural gas (CNG), renewable natural gas (RNG), and hydrogen storage, offering products and services that help customers reduce their reliance on carbon-intensive fossil fuels. Founded in 2014, the company manufactures high-capacity, lightweight trailers and storage solutions, making lower-carbon energy sources more accessible and cost-effective.
